Summer Open Day Event Terms & Conditions: “Aerodrome Open Day” refers to the open day held at London Elstree Aerodrome, Hogg Lane, Elstree Herts WD6 3AW on 1 September 2022. - Promotional Materials Any information regarding activities for the Aerodrome Open Day that is provided by Aldenham Aviation Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) or any affiliates or third party suppliers on our website, or any associated platforms (the”Sites”) is for general guidance purposes only. Whilst we will use our best endeavours to ensure that any such information is accurate and up to date, please note that we do not guarantee that the information shall be free from errors or up to date with last minute changes to activities. We reserve the right to make changes to the promoted activities, content and timetable for the Aerodrome Open Day, and to make additions, deletions, or modification to the Sites, at any time without notice. Consequently, we cannot accept any liability for any direct or indirect damages, or any consequential damages or liabilities arising out of or relating to your reliance on the information on the Sites. - Participation in Aerodrome Open Day Activities By attending the Aerodrome Open Day you acknowledge that the event is taking place on a working airfield and therefore you must abide by all signs and instructions given to you by event officials at all times. Whilst we take every care with staging the Aerodrome Open Day, all attendees acknowledge that personal accident and loss of personal items is their sole responsibility. By attending the Aerodrome Open Day and engaging in the activities, you acknowledge that there may be inherent risk or danger and you accept full personal responsibility for any harm, damage or loss of personal items you may suffer, other than in respect of any injury or loss arising as a result of our negligence. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and that adult takes full responsibility for any children within their care at all times. - General By attending the Aerodrome Open Day you consent to behave in an appropriate manner and to abide by any instructions given to you by Aerodrome Open Day organisers and staff, or any third parties associated with the Open Day. We reserve the right to require anyone behaving in a way that we deem in our sole discretion to be inappropriate to leave the event immediately. By attending the Aerodrome Open Day you acknowledge that event organisers may take photographs and video footage of the Open Day for use to publicise and promote the future events.
